The new management are a breath of fresh air. Great new menu...the lamb shanks were fabulous!! Good wine list and the service was exemplary. Definitely a regular now!!
Food was excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. Went there for a friend's birthday and unfortunately our order got misplaced. It is regrettable but these things do happen. Kudos to the Victoria Hotel for being professional and courteous enough to let us know that there was a problem with our order when we enquired and for being reflective on this in their dealings with our party. Mistakes happen, but it is what someone does when they occur that is a true indicator of the person and I can say that the Management owned the error, and did all they could when it was identified. From looking at the other reviews it seems the hotel is under new management, all I can say is keep up the good work and thank you for being helpful - I'm sure that you'll develop your processes to ensure that this was a once off or extremely rare event.I am happy to rate the Victoria Hotel 4/5 from my experience there.

New owners as of November 1. Pan fried barramundi with asparagus & cream prawn sauce absolutely first class, cooked perfectly. Partners pork with asian greens again perfect. Big lift in quality, well done.
I hadn't been here since before I moved away and I was pleasantly surprised. Good service, good pub fare, pretty good drink selections. This placed made for a nice relaxed fathers day lunch with the old man.
