Astoundingly good brewpub, one of the best in Victoria. Food a little expensive, but worth every cent. The beers are all great and reward the drinker that is willing to venture outside of lagers and pale ales.Perfect stop for lunch before further exploring western Victoria.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location in Woodend. Brewery on site too so got to respect that.
Beautiful rooms, artwork on walls just fantastic! Place was filled with character, you could see into the workshop where they brewed the beer. Staff were lovely and welcoming! Overall lovely space to visit!
Holgates Brewhouse has some of the best craft beer youll ever have. There are so many quality varieties to try that you actually cant get through all of them in a single day. From porter to ales, and one of the best wheat beers going, this is the place to visit if you like beer.Its all made on premise, its local, its great, and the atmosphere is fantastic too.They also have a great restaurant that serves a wide range of beautiful local produce. And beer recommendations to go with most dishes.
Delicious food! We had the beer bread and vegetarian Thai red curry, which was flawless. Sat in the beer garden which was really lovely with fairy lights and heaters that customers can control. Beers and ciders were great too, we had the chocolate beer and pear cider. Will be back on my next visit.
