Joanne and Madelaine do such a brilliant job. Had a cut and Olaplex treatment the other day and my hair feels in such great condition and looks so great. They take their time and don't make you feel rushed and most importantly they listen to what you want and give really good advice. Great customer service.
Joanne goes well beyond good customer service. She was concerned that I didnt get the result of my hair colour that I wanted, so called me the next day to ensure that all was well. I get constant comments on my cut. Gold!
